Midwest Refrigerated Services, Inc. is seeking an on-site Customer Service Representative to support our warehouse operations in Madison, Wisconsin.

You will liaise with drivers and customers, process paperwork, and help ensure accurate BOLs and inbound/outbound records. The role emphasizes office procedures, Microsoft Word/Excel proficiency, and a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Prior office experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Check in all incoming/outgoing drivers and confirm door assignments.
• Prepare unloading tallies for warehouse receipt.
• Close out drivers and record arrival/departure times in CAM.
• Close outbound shipments and send all BOLs to customer.
• Close inbound orders and send all paperwork to drivers.
• Assist with dock receiving tickets and other office duties.
