Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service in logistics or warehousing.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in contract logistics/warehouse environment is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a strong customer focus.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting.
• Experience with WMS, especially Blue Yonder.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish or English/German is a plus.
• On-site five days per week in Plainfield, IN.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned customer accounts with timely, professional, solutions-focused support.
• Respond to inquiries promptly, communicate shipment updates, and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations to resolve service issues and discrepancies.
• Own customer concerns through resolution; escalate when needed.
• Track requests, value-added services, and activities with documentation.
• Coordinate weekly billing activities with Finance to ensure timely invoices.
• Assist with customer claims by gathering documentation and investigations.
• Prepare customer reports and KPI trackers using Excel and shared systems.
• Participate in regular customer meetings and internal operational reviews.
• Maintain customer information in WMS and internal databases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service expectations.
• Promote a safe, organized, and customer-focused work environment.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
