Job summary

Frank Kent Family of Brands in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Transportation & Logistics Coordinator to manage SWAG's LTL, parcel, and 3PL network. You will coordinate carriers, monitor performance, and support cost control and RFP activities.

The role requires analytical thinking, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP/WMS/TMS systems. You will collaborate with Customer Service, Distribution Operations, and Finance to optimize service and costs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or related field.
• 2–5 years of transportation, logistics, or distribution experience.
• Experience with LTL, Parcel, and/or 3PL partners.
• Experience supporting RFPs, bid analysis, and contract negotiations.
• Knowledge of freight rates, surcharges, and service levels.
• Strong Excel and data interpretation skills.
• Experience with ERP, WMS, TMS or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day carrier and 3PL relationships.
• Monitor performance against service expectations and contracts.
• Maintain provider scorecards and report KPIs.
• Support RFPs, bid analysis, and carrier sourcing.
• Lead issue resolution and escalate where needed.
• Develop transportation reporting and cost-control initiatives.
