You will be a central contact for visitors, drivers, and carriers, maintaining organized records and accurate information.

The role emphasizes organization, dependable service, and professional communication within a 100% on-site setting, with potential travel for meetings and events.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience in administrative or logistics roles is helpful but not required; training provided.
• Strong customer service and professional communication with various stakeholders.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with logistics systems and shipment tools preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, drivers, and carriers and route them appropriately.
• Assist with frontline inquiries and data entry for shipments.
• Support with shipment status updates and basic documentation questions.
• Maintain organized filing systems for operational documentation.
• Prepare and proofread operational documents and correspondence.
• Monitor office supplies and keep the site well-stocked.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in communications and records.
