YWCA Seattle King Snohomish is seeking an Apartment Manager to oversee LIHTC‑funded affordable housing at Family Village Redmond and Passage Point. This on-site role focuses on lease compliance, maintenance coordination, and resident support.

You will work under the Associate Director of Permanent Housing to ensure operations align with the YWCA mission, uphold safety, and deliver trauma‑informed, anti-racist service to income‑eligible residents.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of LIHTC regulations, income certifications, and annual recertifications.
• Experience maintaining tenant files and lease documents.
• Ability to manage on-site housing properties and coordinate with maintenance.
• Commitment to trauma-informed, anti-racist service delivery.
