YWCA Seattle King Snohomish is hiring an Apartment Manager to oversee LIHTC‑funded housing at Family Village Redmond and Passage Point. You will manage leases, compliance, and property operations on-site to ensure safe, well‑maintained living environments for residents.

The role emphasizes trauma-informed service, collaboration with maintenance, and strong alignment with the organization’s equity mission. On-site presence is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of direct property or apartment management in a multi-unit setting with leasing compliance duties.
• Comprehensive understanding of public housing regulations (HUD, HOME, Section 8).
• Willingness to obtain LIHTC certification within six months of hire.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software (e.g., Yardi).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure LIHTC compliance: income certifications, asset verification, leases, and recertifications.
• Oversee maintenance: repairs, unit turnovers, inspections, and safety.
