Job summary

Alpha is hiring for a full-time, on-site Tutor role across multiple campuses. You will lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 students, drive motivation through daily 1:1 and small-group sessions, and use Coachbot analytics to push each student to 100% of weekly app goals.

Relocation support is provided and you must be legally eligible to work in the United States. The position emphasizes mentoring, adapting workshops for varied ages, and maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any subject.
• At least 3 years working directly with K-8 students.
• Comfortable letting adaptive learning software deliver instruction while you coach.

Responsibilities

• Lead one-hour life-skills workshops for K-8 cohorts.
• Run daily 1:1 and small-group motivation sessions.
• Administer the Test2Pass mastery assessment and re-coach as needed.
• Adapt workshop playbook for different ages; build new sessions.
• Be the adult who holds the standard and the student’s trusted advisor.
