Job summary

G-III Apparel Group seeks a Paralegal to join its in-house Legal team in New York City. You will be the operational backbone, managing contract workflows, CLM tools, and compliance with a focus on North America, EMEA, and APAC.

You will partner with in-house counsel to keep contracts moving and maintain corporate records. This hands-on role requires a detail-oriented, proactive professional who can own processes end-to-end and drive improvements in legal operations, including deploying

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Paralegal certificate a plus.
• Relevant experience with a law firm or in-house legal department.

Responsibilities

• Manage internal processes for contract approval, execution, and filing.
• Maintain legal operations software and contract management systems.
• Assist in updating CLM software and training teams on legal tech tools.
• Support IP filings, trademark registrations, and brand protection.
• Assist with compliance trainings, vendor due diligence, and risk management.
• Support corporate governance tasks across North America, EMEA, APAC.
