Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our Atlanta team. You will provide organized support for case handling, assist attorneys with settlements and documentation, and maintain strong client communication throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in a legal role or insurance adjuster experience preferred.
• Proactive client interaction with insurers and medical providers.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage workload with minimal supervision.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent writing and communication skills; attention to detail.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (35+ wpm typing).

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients in person or by phone.
• Order medical records and coordinate with clients and providers.
• Gather documents to support injury and liability positions.
• Interface with insurance carriers and healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other team members on case files.
• Maintain organized case files and prepare demands for carriers.
• Assist with case synopsis and documentation under attorney supervision.
• Manage case files from intake to closing.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
