Job summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Case Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, on-site environment. You will support attorneys, develop settlements, prepare documents, and maintain comprehensive case files while delivering empathetic client service.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in a legal position or insurance adjuster role, strong writing and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven setting. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years in legal, personal injury or insurance adjuster role preferred.
• Experience in a legal/insurance environment.
• Ability to follow procedures and work as part of a team.
• Proactive communication with clients, insurers, and medical providers.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; multitasking under deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook; typing speed ≥ 35 wpm.

Responsibilities

• Interact daily with clients in person and over the phone.
• Order medical records and communicate with clients/providers during treatment.
• Obtain documents to support injury or liability positions.
• Work with insurers and healthcare providers to secure records and balances.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff on case files.
• Maintain organized case files from intake to closing.
• Present case synopsis to attorneys when required.
• Prepare demands and support for submission to carriers under attorney supervision.
• Manage case files end-to-end under attorney direction.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the business.
