Job summary

Sentral is seeking a Sales Specialist to join our on-site team. This role focuses on leasing homes, delivering exceptional resident experiences, and supporting marketing efforts to minimize vacancies.

You will manage leasing paperwork, verify applications, and coordinate with maintenance and the broader team to ensure a smooth resident lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, a genuine customer-service orientation, and the flexibility to work evenings

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one year in a customer service-related role and one year leasing apartments.
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of leasing practices.
• Excellent communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Uphold standards, policies and customer-service excellence.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests to ensure they feel loved.
• Oversee daily leasing responsibilities per company policies.
• Coordinate welcoming new residents and guests to the community.
• Assist with office management and clerical tasks.
• Record and update prospective and current resident details in the PMS.
• Complete lease applications and verify information; inform applicants of results.
• Inform maintenance of repairs or cleaning needs as they arise.
• Advertise available homes and conduct property tours for marketing.
• Prepare leasing activity and market survey reports for leadership.
