Job summary

Sentral in San Diego, CA is seeking a Sales Specialist who will lease homes quickly to minimize vacancy and drive net rent. The role focuses on creating a loving resident experience from first contact through lifecycle, with emphasis on marketing the property and coordinating leasing activities.

The ideal candidate brings 1+ year in customer service and apartment leasing, strong communication, and a proactive, ownership-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year in a customer service-related field and one year of apartment leasing experience (lease-up experience preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and knowledge of leasing practices.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong time management and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Uphold Sentral's standards and policies while delivering excellent customer service.
• Establish rapport with residents and guests so they feel valued and cared for.
• Oversee daily leasing responsibilities and coordinate welcoming new residents and guests.
• Assist with office management and clerical tasks; maintain and update resident data in PM software.
• Advertise available homes, conduct property tours, and prepare leasing activity and market survey reports.
