Job summary

Property Management Jobs is seeking an on-site Leasing Manager in Chicago to own the resident experience from tour to move-out. You will lead leasing consultants, manage tours, renewals, and move-ins, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting to the Property Manager.

Responsibilities include pricing, occupancy, concessions monitoring, and coordinating with Marketing, Maintenance, and on-site teams. A valid Illinois Leasing License is required to succeed in this fast-paced, guest-focused

Qualifications

• Required Illinois Leasing License and experience in property management or a customer-facing role.
• Working knowledge of Yardi or similar software.
• Strong follow-through, ability to manage the leasing pipeline and renewals.
• Clear, professional communication with residents and teams.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain documentation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full leasing pipeline: tours, follow-ups, lease execution, and conversions.
• Monitor pricing, availability, and concessions; adjust strategy as needed.
• Support marketing including social media and responding to online reviews.
• Oversee on-site leasing consultants; report to Property Manager.
• Handle move-ins, move-outs, renewals, and 48‑hour follow-up.
• Process notices in Yardi; coordinate with maintenance to minimize vacancy.
