Job summary

Core Spaces is seeking a Leasing Professional to manage on-site leasing and marketing operations at the assigned site(s). You will oversee lease administration, implement marketing plans, and guide the leasing staff with daily operations.

The role requires strong sales or property management experience, leadership, and proficiency with office software. On-site work with flexibility for evenings and weekends is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or property management or related fields.
• Demonstrated leadership skills.
• Proficient in Office products and Windows and Apple operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Leasing & Marketing: provide guided tours, follow up with prospects, complete leasing reports, assist with events and marketing coordination.
• Compliance and Standards: ensure adherence to policies and maintain brand presentation of the property.
• Special Projects and Reporting: collaborate on HR/People Operations tasks and other assignments with Regional Manager.
• Other: on-site presence, possible extended hours, move-ins/outs support.
