The Brookfield property is seeking a Leasing Consultant in San Diego, CA. You will manage leads, schedule tours, and guide prospects through the leasing process to secure new residents while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include tours, move-in coordination, and maintaining strong knowledge of the local market. This is an on-site role with competitive hourly pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ year sales and customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous leasing experience in multifamily property management is a plus.
• Must adhere to Fair Housing laws and Brookfield leasing policies.
• Must be high energy, sales and customer service driven.
• Must be reliable, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and self-managing.
• Proficient with Yardi CRM IQ preferred.
• Travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver unmatched service to prospects and residents to exceed expectations and nurture satisfaction.
• Guide prospects through the leasing experience to make renting easy.
• Manage leads in CRM, schedule tours, and encourage applications.
• Conduct tours and show apartments; coordinate move-in procedures.
