Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or recognized trade program.
• 6 months to 1 year of related experience or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Property Management Software.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries to schedule tours (virtual, self-guided, and in-person).
• Greet and qualify prospects; assist with applications and deposits, following Fair Housing rules.
