Job summary

AttainX Inc. is seeking a Site Leader / Project Programmer (Construction Engineering Manager) to support the 50 CES at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado.

This on-site role coordinates Facilities Sustainment, Restoration and Modernization, MILCON and in-house facility projects, delivering compliant programming packages that reflect mission needs and execution strategies. The ideal candidate has DoD facility/construction programming experience, strong leadership and government coordination

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Architecture with 5+ years of DoD facility design or MILCON project programming experience.
• Experience with DoD programming and development of DD Forms 1391.
• Ability to lead on-site teams and coordinate with Government stakeholders.
• Experience with AFCEC processes and project-programming systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present data at meetings.
• Willingness to perform on-site work at Schriever SFB, CO and adhere to security procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Site Leader and primary day-to-day coordinator for AttainX personnel for 50 CES Engineering Support Services.
• Coordinate priorities, schedules, technical assignments, deliverables, and issue resolution with Government representatives.
• Provide non-personal engineering and project-programming support for FSRM, MILCON, and in-house facility projects.
• Develop programming products per AFCEC business rules, UFCs, DAFIs, and related guidance.
• Support work-order review boards and project-data updates with complete status information.
• Prepare and maintain DD Forms 1391 and other programming documents for local approval.
• Track milestones, risks, and actions; elevate issues affecting performance and safety.
