Job summary

AttainX Inc. seeks a Site Leader / Project Programmer to support the 50 CES at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado.

You will lead AttainX personnel, coordinate schedules and deliverables, and develop programming packages to accurately reflect mission requirements and execution plans. The ideal candidate will have DoD facility/construction programming experience and strong leadership and communication skills for government coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience in DoD facility/construction project programming and development of programming documents.
• Ability to lead or coordinate technical personnel and manage priorities across multiple stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for Government meetings and data coordination.
• On-site work at Schriever Space Force Base, Colorado with strict access procedures.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the on-site Site Leader and primary day-to-day coordination point for AttainX personnel supporting the 50 CES Engineering Support Services requirement.
• Coordinate personnel activities, priorities, schedules, technical assignments, deliverables, and issue resolution with Government representatives and AttainX leadership.
• Provide non-personal engineering and project-programming support for FSRM, MILCON, project planning and program development.
• Develop project-programming products in accordance with AFCEC rules, UFCs, and USAF/USSF requirements.
• Support work-order review boards and meetings with complete project data and status updates.
• Prepare DD Forms 1391 and other programming documents for local approval or submission through AFCEC tools.
