Job summary

AttainX Inc. seeks a Site Leader / Project Programmer (Construction Engineering Manager) to provide on-site programming support for the 50 CES at Schriever Space Force Base, CO.

You will lead AttainX personnel, coordinate with government representatives, and develop compliant, timely programming packages reflecting mission requirements. The role requires DoD facility-programming experience, strong leadership, and ability to work on-site with required credentials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture with 5+ years DoD facility design or construction PM experience.
• Knowledge of civil engineering principles and analytical techniques for facility projects.
• Experience programming FSRM and MILCON projects and creating programming documentation.
• Ability to obtain required installation credentials and pass background/suitability checks.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to support government meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site Site Leader coordinating AttainX personnel for 50 CES Engineering Support Services.
• Coordinate priorities, schedules, deliverables, and issue resolution with government reps and AttainX leadership.
• Provide engineering and project-programming support for FSRM, MILCON, and in-house facility projects.
• Develop programming products per AFCEC rules and USAF/USSF requirements.
• Prepare DD Forms 1391 and CPP entries for local approval and tool submissions.
• Track milestones, risks, and ensure timely data updates.
