DMK Development Group in Crestwood, KY is seeking a Superintendent to join our team overseeing senior housing and multi-family residential projects. The role requires supervising field crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring safety and quality on site.

You will work closely with the project manager, use Procore for inspections, daily logs, drawings, punchlists, and coordinate with city officials and clients. The position involves travel to active sites and Lean construction emphasis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising crews in senior housing or multi-family residential construction.
• Knowledge of construction safety and strong safety values.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Procore project management software.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to interact with clients and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor subcontractors with the PM to ensure project success.
• Ensure jobsite activities comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Utilize Procore for QA/QC, daily logs, drawings, photos, and punchlists.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings using Lean tools.
• Assist with contracting and change-order vetting.
• Lead inspections and coordinate approvals throughout the project.
• Maintain jobsite organization and housekeeping.
• Travel to on-site locations as required.
