Job summary

DMK Development Group is seeking a Superintendent to join our team in Crestwood, KY. The role oversees site operations, coordinates subcontractors, ensures safety and quality on senior housing projects, and supports the project team with Lean construction practices.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of supervision experience in senior housing or multi-family residential construction, can read plans, and are proficient with Procore and MS Office. On-site travel to project locations is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising crews in senior housing or multi-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Procore project management software and MS Office.
• Experience with PDF tools such as Adobe or Bluebeam.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate subcontractors and assist the PM to ensure project success.
• Maintain site safety in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Utilize Procore for QA/QC, daily logs, drawings, photos, and punchlists.
• Lead jobsite coordination meetings using lean construction tools.
• Review contractor scope and assist with change order requests.
• Coordinate inspections and approvals throughout the project.
• Maintain clean, organized jobsite; manage logistics.
• Travel and on-site presence during active work.
