Job summary

DMK Development Group in Crestwood, Kentucky, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead field crews on senior housing and multi-family projects. You will coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure project milestones are met through proactive site management.

This role requires strong reading of plans, Procore proficiency, and excellent communication with clients and officials. The position involves onsite presence, travel as needed, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising crews in senior housing or multi-family residential construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction safety and safety values.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
• Experience with PDF software such as Adobe or Bluebeam.
• Procore Project Management software experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and client interaction ability.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from jobsite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and coordinate subcontractors with the PM to ensure project success.
• Ensure jobsite activities comply with OSHA guidelines.
• Utilize Procore for QA/QC, daily logs, drawings, photos and punch lists.
• Lead site coordination meetings using weekly work plans and Lean tools.
• Familiarize contractor scope and assist with change order vetting.
• Lead and coordinate all inspections and approvals as needed.
• Maintain job site appearance, organization and cleanup.
• Travel to job sites as required.
