Job summary

US Lawns is seeking a Project Superintendent for our Burlington, Massachusetts operations, responsible for leading residential project execution with emphasis on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have significant multifamily construction experience and strong leadership skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience as a Lead Construction Superintendent on large-scale projects ($10M+ preferred).
• Ability to lead and evaluate subcontractors and field personnel daily.
• Strong working knowledge of construction disciplines and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day jobsite operations delivering residential projects.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on schedule execution and logistics.
• Mentor and direct field staff, maintaining a productive crew culture.
