Ctrl+ is seeking a senior platform engineer to run and evolve a highly available cloud platform on AWS and Kubernetes. The role requires in-person work at Annapolis Junction, MD, with an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph. You will develop infrastructure as code, patch and harden systems, and manage CI/CD and AWS resources.

On-call rotation is expected. Candidates should have 9+ years of relevant experience with a related bachelor's degree and hands-on expertise with IaC, RHEL, Kubernetes,

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with polygraph required.
• Ctrl+ does not sponsor new clearances.
• In-person work required within commuting distance.
• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree (or Master’s +7 years).
• IaC with Python, Ansible and Terraform.
• RHEL patching and hardening.
• Kubernetes and Docker Compose.
• GitLab CI/CD and Argo CD.
• AWS administration.
• On-call rotation willingness.

Responsibilities

• Develop IaC with Python, Ansible and Terraform.
• Patch, harden and maintain RHEL compliance.
• Install and tune Kubernetes, Docker Compose, NiFi and logging tools.
• Manage CI/CD with GitLab runners and Argo CD.
• Manage AWS infrastructure.
• Support an on-call rotation.
