Job summary

Ctrl+ is seeking an experienced Kubernetes Engineer to administer and maintain Linux-based Kubernetes platforms in Annapolis Junction, MD. This role requires active TS/SCI with polygraph clearance and in-person work, with multiple compensation models and generous benefits.

You will monitor cluster performance, resolve ingress, networking, storage and workload issues, and automate operations using Bash, Python, Ansible and Helm.

Qualifications

• 5 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited college or university.
• Linux command-line tools
• Bash and Python scripting
• Docker or Podman
• Kubernetes administration, monitoring and workload troubleshooting
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Ansible
• Helm chart development and maintenance
• Prometheus and Grafana
• Git
• Jira and Confluence (preferred)
• Agile DevOps (preferred)
• Python REST services and microservices (preferred)
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) (preferred)
