Job summary

Shrewsberry & Associates seeks a full-time on-site Civil Project Manager to lead water resources projects in the Washington, D.C. area. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and scope, acting as the primary client liaison and technical lead with a team of engineers.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of experience, a Civil Engineering degree, and PE licensure in MD/VA or DC. The position offers equity and a competitive benefits package with medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401k.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in MD or VA or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 6 months.
• PE licensure in DC or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead water resources projects and serve as technical lead.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and scope with clients and team.
• Develop proposals, cost opinions, and design/drafting deliverables.
• Mentor engineers and support staff; foster team development.
• Lead large sewer rehab projects from design to construction services.
