Job summary

Shrewsberry & Associates is seeking an Office Engineer in Washington, DC to support civil and water/wastewater projects. You will manage project planning, scheduling, and documentation with guidance on quality and safety.

The role requires a civil engineering degree, 5–10 years of experience, and PE consideration or reciprocity within six months. Salary is competitive with benefits; full-time position.

Qualifications

• Requires a B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college.
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in civil/construction projects.
• MD or VA Professional Engineer preferred or able to obtain within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Manage and control all construction project documentation in Unifier.
• Update Construction Management Plan and maintain records.
• Prepare monthly reports and review contractor payment requests.
• Interface with project team, vendors, contractors, and service providers.
• Assist with large sewer rehabilitation projects from design through construction.
