ComResource, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Agilist (Scrum Master) to coach and support Agile teams in Cincinnati. The role emphasizes servant leadership, team development, removing roadblocks, and progressing Agile practices across the organization.

The ideal candidate will coach teams, facilitate ceremonies, and collaborate with Product Owners and leadership to improve delivery and quality, while advancing DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of full-time business experience.
• 3+ years of Scrum experience.
• Strong understanding of the Scrum Framework and Agile principles.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, teaching, and facilitating Agile teams.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to identify and remove impediments and roadblocks.
• Experience with SDLC processes.

Aufgaben

• Coach and mentor Agile teams on Scrum principles, values, and best practices.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, Retrospectives, Backlog Refinement).
• Help teams become self-organized and continuously improve.
• Identify and remove obstacles and dependencies affecting productivity.
• Partner with Product Owners to improve backlog management and delivery goals.
• Promote Agile practices across the organization and support DevOps, CI/CD, and automated testing.
