• Strong Agile and Scrum background with delivery coaching focus.
• Experience coaching teams to improve delivery, not just ceremonies.
• Proven ability to surface issues and drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Act as delivery leader and Agile coach to improve planning, communication, and delivery.
• Own and improve Agile delivery cadence and team processes.
• Facilitate Scrum events: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement, sprint reviews.
• Use data, Jira metrics, and dashboards to provide visibility into delivery health and opportunities for improvement.
• Protect engineering focus time and help stakeholders balance process with value.
