A well-established law firm in Wilmington, DE seeks an experienced IT Help Desk Analyst to deliver first-line technical support to attorneys and staff on-site. The role emphasizes customer service in a fast-paced legal setting and requires prior law firm IT experience.

Responsibilities include setting up workstations, handling tickets, admin tasks, and supporting Office 365, VPN, and remote collaboration tools. Strong communication and troubleshooting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior law firm IT experience required.
• 2+ years of help desk, desktop support, or technical support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Experience supporting Outlook, printers, mobile devices, and common business applications.
• Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and ticketing systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support to attorneys, paralegals, and administrative staff.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, mobile device, and connectivity issues.
• Respond to help desk tickets and user requests in a timely manner.
• Set up and configure new workstations, laptops, monitors, and peripherals.
• Assist with user account administration, password resets, and system access requests.
• Support Microsoft Office, Outlook, document management systems, and other firm technologies.
• Troubleshoot remote access, VPN, and video conferencing platforms.
• Document issues, resolutions, and procedures within the help desk system.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT team members as needed.
• Assist with technology deployments, upgrades, and office moves.
