Job summary

Sun Valley Resort is hiring a Laundry and Housing Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair housing and laundry equipment and related facilities. You will inspect, adjust, and repair machines, replace faulty parts, and provide technical guidance on equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Mechanical and electrical skills; ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Aptitude in using the correct tool for the job.
• OSHA regulations knowledge.
• Must possess a valid U.S. Driver's License.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Housing and Laundry equipment and facilities.
• Clean, inspect, adjust, and repair machines and fixtures; replace defective parts.
• Provide technical advice regarding maintenance and replacement of equipment.
• Demonstrate troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Schedule and perform preventive maintenance tasks; keep records in Sprocket system.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and training.
• Participate in safety and training meetings.
