Job summary

Venture Resorts is seeking a maintenance technician to perform regular property upkeep on cabin properties. You will install, maintain, and clean pools and hot tubs, manage daily work orders, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely repairs.

You will assist inspections and housekeeping to maintain company standards, troubleshoot internet issues, and work toward HVAC certification. A strong focus on guest satisfaction and professional conduct is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Previous maintenance experience and/or experience in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Complete regular property maintenance and routine preventative maintenance on Venture Resorts cabins
• Install, maintain, and clean pools and hot tubs
• Daily completion of work orders and clear communication of needs via written and verbal updates
• Log all work orders in Breezeway
• Manage fix lists for vendors to ensure timely completion of work orders
• Meet owner and guest requests in a timely manner
• Troubleshoot internet issues
• Assist Inspections and Housekeeping to ensure cabins meet company standards
• Responsible for HVAC installation/debugging and/or working toward HVAC certification
• Represent Venture Resorts with professionalism and provide exceptional customer service
• Adhere to AML/BSA regulations and related laws
• Other duties as assigned
