Job summary

Alfred H Knight in Spartanburg, SC is seeking a Laboratory Customer Services Administrator to join our Laboratory team on site. This full-time role is 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and focuses on coordinating with customers to ensure accurate documentation, timely data entry, and clear communication throughout the analytical process.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, Google Suite, and strong customer service skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma (minimum).
• MS Word and Excel and Google Suite proficiency.
• Strong customer service or office administration experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and sorting incoming packages.
• Organizing and prioritizing sample entry tasks.
• Data entry of incoming samples into Laboratory information management system.
• Communicating with customers at various stages of the analytical process.
• Coordinate and communicate with other AHK locations.
• Communicating with Customers to determine analytical needs or to obtain information required to ensure that correct information is received for the Laboratory.
• Create and communicate customer quotations for submitted samples.
• Creation and communication of Certificate of Analysis and Invoices.
• Management of sample archives and sample returns.
• Previous experience in a customer service or office administration role preferred.
