Job summary

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in Purchasing or Procurement.
• Experience in large multi-product manufacturing.
• Kanban or customer-driven demand experience preferred.
• Understanding shipping/receiving, inventory, and supply chain basics.
• Experience conducting supplier performance reviews and follow-up actions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate purchasing to meet production needs, prioritize work, expediting as needed.
• Create POs and amendments for parts, services, and tooling; coordinate with production control.
• Negotiate prices and delivery terms; recommend vendors based on cost, quality, and delivery.
• Work with plant personnel on shipping/receiving schedules and timely orders.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews and drive action plans.
• Run monthly business reviews with critical suppliers and present KPI results.
