Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst to support a government customer.

The role provides administrative support to a software engineering team and interacts with government, military personnel and contractors. Responsibilities include customer service, MS Office tasks, handling media requests, greeting visitors, coordinating calendars, answering phones, editing briefs, and coordinating the movement of media and packages.

Formación

• Must have High School diploma
• One year of Administrative Support experience
• Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must have an active DoD Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Will be required to pass a background investigation
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Responsabilidades

• Customer service including greeting visitors
• Operating with MS Office Suite
• Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
• Greeting Visitors
• Editing briefs
• Maintaining calendars
• Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
• Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages
