Sabre Systems, LLC in Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD is seeking an Administrative Support specialist to handle customer service, calendar management, greetings, phones, and document editing in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School diploma, 1 year of admin experience, proficiency in MS Office, and an active DoD Secret or higher clearance; candidate must be a U.S. citizen and pass a background check.

• On-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in media burning (CD/DVD/Blu-ray).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher.
• Background check will be conducted.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service support.
• Operate MS Office Suite for daily tasks.
• Perform media burning and data writing to optical media.
• Greet visitors and answer phones.
• Edit briefs and maintain calendars.
• Process media requests (copying, shipping, DB entry).
• Receive and deliver incoming/outgoing packages.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service including
• Working with MS Office Suite
• Proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
• Greeting Visitors
• Answering Phones
• Editing briefs
• Maintaining calendars
• Handling media requests to include copying, creating, shipping and adding incoming media to program database
• Receiving and delivering incoming and outgoing packages

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma
• One (1) year of Administrative Support
• Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be proficient in media burning, the ability to write data onto writable optical media, such as CDs, DVDs, or Blu-ray disc
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and excellent written and oral skills
• Must have an active DoD Active Secret Clearance or higher
• Will be required to pass a background investigation
• Must have a U.S. Citizen

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00
