Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Jr. Program Analyst to support a government customer in Patuxent River, MD. The role provides administrative support to a team of software engineers and will serve government, military, and contractor personnel.

The position requires a high school diploma, one year of administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to obtain an active DoD Secret Clearance or higher. On-site work is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma.
• One year of Administrative Support experience.
• Must be willing to be 100% on-site at Patuxent River Naval Air Station, MD.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must have an active DoD Active Secret Clearance or higher.
• Will be required to pass a background investigation.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to a team of Software Engineers.
• Support government, military, and contractor personnel.
• Customer service duties including answering phones and greeting visitors.
• Edit briefs and maintain calendars.
• Handle media requests and manage program database records.
• Receive and deliver incoming and outgoing packages.
