Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and six months experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Experience in Job Coaching preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel to work sites using assigned company vehicle.
• Must be able to read and write effectively.
• Must have a valid driver's license and maintain good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job supports to assist the client integrate into employment.
• Assist clients in understanding job culture, industry practices, and employer expectations.
• Help employers utilize natural supports to reduce paid supports.
• Assess non-work needs arising during work and communicate follow-up actions.
• Complete monthly reviews, employment reports, and ensure proper distribution.
• Promote safety and adhere to quality management principles in daily tasks.
