Qualifications

• High School Diploma and six months experience with people with developmental disabilities.
• Willingness to travel to work sites and company locations using the company vehicle.
• Must read and write effectively.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-job supports to help the participant integrate into an employment site.
• Assist the participant in understanding job culture and employer expectations.
• Coordinate with employers to use natural supports and reduce paid supports.
• Assess non-work needs and communicate follow-up actions.
• Complete monthly reviews and employment reports.
