Qualifications

• 3+ years as an ERP Business Systems Analyst supporting JD Edwards applications.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of JD Edwards, esp. manufacturing/distribution modules.
• Understanding of JD Edwards integration with broader tech environment.
• Proven ability to turn complex business requirements into practical solutions.
• Experience planning, managing, and delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and document them as clear, actionable specifications.
• Develop knowledge of manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes and how JD Edwards can support them.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and measure results with KPIs.
• Design JD Edwards solutions in collaboration with ERP development teams.
• Provide user training and support to drive adoption of new functionality.
