This on-site, full-time role entails staff scheduling, assigning work orders, maintaining quality, and coordinating with vendors to ensure safe, efficient operations.

You will handle client communications, support staff training, and drive process improvements while upholding safety and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in operations or facilities management, preferably within janitorial, cleaning services, or related industries.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, including staff scheduling, performance oversight, and coaching.
• Ability to build and maintain positive client relationships, manage service expectations, and resolve issues promptly.
• Solid organizational and time management skills, with capacity to oversee multiple sites, priorities, and deadlines.
• Basic understanding of cleaning, sanitizing, and disinfecting practices, as well as safety and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, management, or related field is a plus.
• Prior supervisory experience and a track record of improving processes and operational efficiency are highly beneficial.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site across client locations in the Charlotte, NC area.
