Job summary

Moore Norman Technology Center seeks an ITS Technician to support technology across the Franklin Road Campus. The role involves on-site installation, maintenance, and integration of access control, CCTV and security systems, with hands-on networking tasks.

The ideal candidate has a HS diploma and tech training, at least two years of networked IT support experience, and must pursue CompTIA A+ within a year. This is a full-time on-site position with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• HS diploma plus technical training in computer and networking technology.
• Must obtain CompTIA A+ Certification within the first year of employment.
• Minimum of two years' experience providing computer hardware and software support in a networked environment.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain electronic access controls and cameras, incl. proximity and swipe card hardware.
• Maintain fire and intrusion systems; manage electronic key systems.
• Coordinate with other departments for cross-system functionality and safety drills.
• Install network and low-voltage cabling.
• Licenses for Commercial Access Control, CCTV, or Fire Alarm are preferred.
