Job summary

Nashville Toyota North is seeking a dedicated full-time IT Technician to support the daily operations of our dealership in Nashville, TN. This opportunity is for an experienced technology professional who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and is committed to providing high-quality support.

As an IT Technician, you will deliver end-user support for hardware, software, and networks, troubleshoot daily issues, and collaborate with managers to address current and future IT needs.

Qualifications

• Experience installing and maintaining open lot Wi-Fi networks.
• Experience with IP-networked security cameras and CAT6 cabling.
• Experience with POE security cameras with server integration.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to keep systems running.
• Collaborate with store and location managers to plan IT needs.
• Install/maintain network connectivity and CAT6 cabling.
• Work with security cameras and server installations; participate in process improvements.
