Job summary

Nashville Toyota North is seeking a capable IT Manager to keep our dealership running smoothly in Nashville, TN. This full-time on-site role offers a salary ranging from $45,000 to $55,000 annually, plus generous benefits.

You will support staff with software, hardware, and network needs, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with multiple teams to ensure continuous operations and security systems. Bachelor's degree in IT or related field is preferred and automotive software experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, computer science, or related field preferred.
• Experience installing and maintaining open lot Wi‑Fi networks.
• Experience with IP‑networked security cameras and CAT 6 cabling.

Responsibilities

• Support dealership staff with software, hardware, and network needs.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, devices, and applications.
• Communicate plans and progress to store and location managers.
• Install and support security cameras, network gear, and cabling as needed.
• Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and development teams.
