Job summary
Aluminum Dynamics Inc is seeking an IT Systems Engineer for our Starkville/Columbus Mississippi Greenfield State of the art Aluminum UBC Recycling and slab casting facility. The role serves as the primary on-site IT resource, delivering day-to-day technology support and maintaining reliable IT services across UBC facilities.
The Systems Engineer collaborates with the ADL IT team, escalating complex issues and applying cybersecurity and project support as needed.
Qualifications
- Support business IT environments and end-users.
- Strong Windows, Microsoft 365, and TCP/IP knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise issues.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary IT contact for employees and leadership.
- Provide support for desktops, laptops, printers, and conference rooms.
- Deploy, replace, and inventory IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot local network connectivity issues (wired/wireless).
- Maintain network closets and server/network infrastructure.
- Provide on-site IT project support and escalation handling.
- Maintain IT documentation and asset records.
