You will report to the IT Infrastructure & Security Manager and support Windows Server, AD, Entra ID, and related services while collaborating with users and vendors. Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional systems administration experience with Microsoft server and Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and identity administration; hybrid identity environment preferred.
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, file services, and access permissions.
• Ability to diagnose technical problems methodically and escalate complex issues appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, and maintain Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and related services.
• Administer Active Directory (users, computers, security groups, GPOs, permissions).
• Support Microsoft Entra ID including MFA, synchronization with on-prem AD, and conditional-access policies.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint).
• Monitor server health, performance, storage, and logs; perform patching and vulnerability remediation.
