Job summary

NDI Engineering Company is seeking a full-time Windows Administrator to join our team in South Jersey. The role focuses on Windows server administration, security hardening to DISA STIGs, and hybrid on‑prem/Azure environments.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or technical training in IT/networking with 3–5 years’ Windows server administration experience.
• Expertise in hardening Windows OS per DISA STIGs standards.
• Experience with Microsoft Server OS, AD Domain Services, DNS, DHCP, GPA, and other AD roles.
• Experience with Fortinet or Cisco firewalls and high-availability network design.
• Experience with VMware/ESXi and cloud/Hybrid Azure environments.

Responsibilities

• Daily administration of Windows server environments and network infrastructure.
• Design, install, and configure hardened Windows servers/desktops (on‑prem and Azure).
• Administer Windows Server 2022, ESXi, Windows 11 devices, and IoT devices.
• Apply vulnerability patches to remediate vulnerabilities identified by ISSE.
• Improve monitoring, CM, and reporting functions.
