• Valid Michigan driver's license.
• Healthcare maintenance experience preferred (5+ years).
• Security experience preferred (2+ years).
• Ability to lift 50-100 lbs., stand, walk, bend, climb ladders, and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsabilités

• Perform general maintenance and repairs, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, and facility systems.
• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance throughout the hospital and hospital-owned clinics.
• Assist with fire drills, life-safety inspections, and emergency systems.
• Maintain grounds, including landscape and snow removal.
• Patrol hospital buildings and grounds to help prevent theft, vandalism, fire, and unauthorized entry.
• Respond appropriately to security concerns and assist with unruly visitors or patients.
• Escort staff to and from parking areas or buildings as needed.
• Provide assistance and directions to patients and visitors.
• Participate in an on-call rotation and perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM-11:00 PM, with rotating on-call coverage every 3 weeks
