Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hardware experience with laptops, desktops, and printers.
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues.
• Proficient in Windows and Mac OS; familiarity with Microsoft Exchange and VoIP.
• Basic networking knowledge and strong end-user support.
• On-call availability as needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with internal moves of PCs, phones, and printers.
• Basic system administration tasks and user access support.
• Reset passwords and unlock user accounts.
• Document and manage help desk tickets with proper categorization.
• Provide on-site and remote end-user support.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Mac desktops and Office applications.
• Escalate issues to IT Team Lead when needed.
• Record actions and resolutions for future reference.
