Job summary

Lyon Living is seeking a full-time IT Support Technician in Milpitas, CA to provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues. You will document issues in the help desk system, follow up on tickets, and assist with PC, voice and data support.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of experience with PCs, laptops, printers, and strong communication skills. On-site housing is offered; join a team committed to service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience with basic hardware (laptops, desktops, printers).
• Experience troubleshooting software and hardware issues; Windows/Mac/Office.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to work on-call.
• Experience with help desk/ticketing systems and remote support.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software issues.
• Document and track support requests in the help desk system.
• Assist with PC, voice and data support and basic system administration.
• Troubleshoot Windows and Mac desktops and Microsoft Office applications.
• Escalate issues to IT Team Lead when appropriate.
• Perform on-site and remote support and ensure timely resolution.
